In Salekhard the weather is frosty; the temperature is as low as thirty degrees below zero. Nevertheless, remembering the end of November many people will later call this period hot. And not only because the atmosphere is heated by preparations of the elections. All the last week the citizens and guests of the capital followed International Ice Sculpture Festival “Polar Rhapsody” that took place in the capital of the okrug. The people shared feelings of the participants, supported their teams and the teams of the visitors and enjoyed the given beauty. And the authors of the created ice wonder did not feel cold at all. Whatever you may say, the beauty has a great force!
